Kelly is our master trainer, a powerhouse who’s been teaching Lagree Fitness since 2015. A former professional dancer with an extensive resume, Kelly still has a deep love for movement, and she brings a beautiful flow of choreography into every class. True to the Lagree method, she’s constantly pushing boundaries, inventing new ways to challenge her clients while staying focused on form.
